CRT's personalized one on one counseling begins with a friendly greeting from one of our professional career agents. After the greeting you are introduced to other agents and personel that you may interact with as part of CRT's services.

After introductions, your counselor will give you a brief overview of CRT services and polices. He will also take time to learn about your skills set and preferences.

Next, your counselor will review your resume with you. At this time, he will note changes that will that will help your resume get more attention.

Depending on the positions that you will be interested in, the counselor may have you take some performance tests to determine the level that you fit in.
