IT Starting to rebound
We at CRT Inc are proud to be celebrating our 25th anniversay! In January of 1984 I opened up CRT Inc to provide search services in the "Data Processing" field. Back then everyone had dumb terminals and our name was developed to be a clever play on the acronym CRT which meant cathode ray tube. A lot has changed over the years, and our current name (still a play on CRT) Computer Resources and Technologies Inc. describes the breadth of services we now offer. Thanks for visiting our web site to get an idea of what we can provide. This web site was updated recently with a new job order section to enable you to quickly search our available listings. Jobs are updated on a daily basis so be sure to check back often. Along with our IT Professional and Employer sections we have added two more of our services to our site, Web Development and Finance Compensation. Please feel free to visit those sections, they may provide you with solutions for recruiting related problems. Unlike many other companies we would like you to not just use our web site but we would like to encourage you to call. That is the only way to really get an idea of the terrific services we provide.
While the economic recession has hit hard many industries we are finding that IT is doing a good job of holding IT's own! Seems like companies are aware that particularly in tough markets when you are fighting for market share that it is imperative to maintain the advantages that technology brings. We have noticed an uptick in consulting opportunities while permanant positions are not as plentiful. This can be attributed to the fact that companies still want to get the work done but don't want to commit to employing full-time staff. Some positions are still available full-time. It seems employers are still willing to provide employment to .NET and Java developers.
